Team Programming Services
Individual teams and youth clubs/organizations can contract Direct Sports Performance to create specialized performance programs specific to the needs of the team. These programs include assessment of the athlete to develop an individualized developmental plan, education and feedback for coaches, and of course tailored training programs. These sessions are available at our location or off-site at a location convenient for your team. Our team can travel and provide a high-quality training service off-site.
Programming Can Include:
Year-Round Training plans (in-person, hybird, or virual) to include in- season, preseason
and off season cycles
Comprehensive Training and education for the organization and coaching staff
Individual
Development Plans to assess performance
deficits and injury risk
Virtual or in- house educational clinics and workshops
Injury protocols and triage plans.
recovery and injury reduction plans
