This training plan is compiled of pace based and timed based runs in order to take the stress out of hitting certain distances during your training block.  This program is designed to incorporate three distinct run catergories: recovery, speed and long distance, as well a category for running related drills. Combining these runs and drills will opimize your success in hitting a PR or finishing your first half successfully while being efficent with your time you have towards training.
