This program also teaches the proper movement patterns to reduce overuse injuries that have become far too common in baseball. The strength days are designed to create strength and
power that will directly translate to the field. The sprint workouts are set up to be directly applicable to the field, with starts that will feel like base running and starting a 60 yard dash.
How it works
1) The warm up should be completed before each session
2) 12 weeks of training in three 4 week cycles
3) 4 workouts per week in each cycle
4) 3 strength days and 1 sprint day
