Welcome to the Shoulder Preparation Program! This program contains exercises and programming strategies that combine research and Doctor of Physical Therapy experience to ensure we deliver on a comprehensive program to improve your overall shoulder mobility, stability, and performance!


The shoulder is a ball and socket joint designed to push and pull in multiple directions. Often, individuals have issues with either of these movements due to underlying weakness or mobility deficits. The goal of this program is to address any of those areas to help prevent injury and make the shoulder dynamic and powerful.
